Jeanie S. Pulido graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of the East, Manila. She received her law degree in 1991 from San Beda College of Law, Manila, where she was included in the Dean's Honor List. She took the bar examination in September 1991. While waiting for the results of the bar exams, she worked as a legal apprentice at Padlan Sutton and Associates, a law firm in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, engaged in the general practice of law. After passing the bar examination, she continued working at Padlan Sutton and Associates as Junior Associate Lawyer. After two (2) years she was promoted to the position of Senior Associate Lawyer, a position she held until her resignation from the firm in 1998 to start her own law practice. During her more than seven (7) years stint at Padlan Sutton and Associates, she was engaged in the active practice of law (appearing in courts, administrative and quasi-judicial agencies) handling civil, criminal, personal and family law cases, immigration and corporate cases.

   When Jeanie started her own law practice, she saw the need of making local lawyers accessible to people overseas (Filipinos and foreigners alike). She thus decided to put up this web site to bridge the gap between her and those people overseas who are in need of legal assistance and representations in the Philippines.
